U2 toca pouco antes das 1:00 nos degraus do Grand Théâtre Lumière, no Palais des Festival antes da estreia do filme U2 3D no Cannes Film Festival. Antes do set curto do U2, Wake Up, do Arcade Fire é tocada como na Vertigo Tour. Bono faz um breve discurso em francês na introdução de Where The Streets Have No Nome, além de fazer a contagem de Vertigo em francês. Esta é uma das três vezes que Streets foi tocada em um evento; As outras duas vezes foram na gravação do seu vídeo em um telhado em Los Angeles em 1987, e no Super Bowl em 2002.

U2 perform just before 1am on the steps of the Grand Théâtre Lumière at the Palais des Festival before the premiere of the U2 3D movie at the Cannes Film Festival. Prior to U2's short set, The Arcade Fire's Wake Up is played like on the Vertigo Tour. Bono makes a brief speech in French over the intro of Where The Streets Have No Name, in addition to doing Vertigo's count-in in French. This is one of only three times Streets has ever been performed at a non-tour concert event; the other two times were at its video shoot on a liquor store rooftop in Los Angeles in 1987, and at the Super Bowl in 2002. U2 warm up before their US/Canada dates by performing a private show with the full 360° Tour stage. They play to an audience of about 300 invited guests and participants in the Special Olympics, not to mention fans queuing outside for the Denver 360° gig the next day. Bono dedica o show a Guus Van Hove e Helena Nuellett, que morreram em agosto de 2011 enquanto procuravam a localização da fotografia da capa do álbum The Joshua Tree. Running to Stand Still é dedicada a Chris Cornell e sua família, o cantor faleceu alguns dias antes do show. The Little Things That Give You Away estava no setlist impresso após Bad, encerrando o show, mas a banda decidiu tocar I Will Follow.

Bono dedicates the show to Guus Van Hove and Helena Nuellett, who died in August 2011 while searching for the location of the photograph on the cover of The Joshua Tree. Running to Stand Still is dedicated to Chris Cornell and his whole family, in the wake of his tragic death. The Little Things That Give You Away was on the printed setlist after Bad as the last song but the band decided to play I Will Follow instead. (U2Gigs)
