Bono e Edge aparecem na rádio local antes de seus dois shows no Sun Devil Stadium. Edge toca o início de Stairway To Heaven, e, mais tarde, faz um cover completo de Lost Highway. Bono and Edge appear on local radio before their two concerts at Sun Devil Stadium. Edge performs the beginning of Stairway To Heaven, and later on does a full cover of Lost Highway. Both participate in an incomplete version of Mothers Of The Disappeared. Bono reveals that the band are considering an attempt to replace traditional closer 40, and its "how long" chant, with Mothers Of The Disappeared and a Spanish chant of "el pueblo vencera" (in English, "the people united will overcome"). Última performance de Hawkmoon 269, e sua única atuação fora da Austrália. Este concerto encerrou prematuramente por causa de sérios problemas com a voz de Bono que se manifestaram especialmente em God Part II. Os shows para as próximas duas noites foram cancelados e quatro shows de substituição foram realizados no início de janeiro de 1990, em Rotterdam. Por causa da conclusão prematura, o bis com BB King e sua banda não foi realizado, e, portanto, este é o único show da Lovetown em que Angel Of Harlem, When Love Comes To Town e Love Rescue Me não foram tocadas.

Last performance of Hawkmoon 269, and its only performance outside Australia. This concert came to a premature close because of serious problems with Bono's voice that manifested especially seriously in God Part II. Concerts for the next two nights were cancelled and four replacement shows were performed early in January 1990 in Rotterdam. Because of the premature conclusion of the show, the usual encore with BB King and his band was not played, and accordingly this is the only Lovetown gig at which Angel Of Harlem, When Love Comes To Town, and Love Rescue Me were not performed.
